Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sumatera Bagian Selatan

This study aimed to determine the strategies carried out by leaders in improving employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Development Parent Unit. The problem currently faced by PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Development Parent Unit is the decline in performance achievement in semester 2 from 2018 to 2022. This research uses qualitative research methods. The research data were collected through direct interview observations with management at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Development Parent Unit. The research data that has been collected is then analysed using SWOT analysis techniques. The results showed the analysis obtained that the influential internal factors were Strength/strength while the significant external factors were Opportunities/opportunities. The right strategy to do is the SO (Strength - Opportunities) strategy, where this strategy utilises existing strengths and opportunities to eliminate weaknesses.
