Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of human resource quality and work motivation on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Keramasan Generating Control Implementation Unit. The problem currently faced is the decline in performance in the first semester of 2020, so that the target is not achieved. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods.  The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research population totalled 30 people, the entire population was employees of PT PLN (Persero) Keramasan Generating Control Implementation Unit with a sample size of 30 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that simultaneously the quality of human resources and motivation affect employee performance.
