Abstract

The purpose of study was to analyze personnel administration management of PT. Zeta Siera Kreasi to find out the management of personnel administration management, the factors that support the management of personnel administration management and factors that hinder the management of Personnel administration management at PT Zeta Siera Palembang creations. This research is categorized as a qualitative descriptive research, data technique analyze using interactive analysis. The result showed that Implementation of Human Resource management in achieving the vision of the institution at PT. Zeta Siera Kreasi starts with planning management. HR planning is carried out every year by analyzing the needs of employees in each division and unit for PT. Zeta Sierra Kreasi. Analysis of HR needs in divisions and units of PT. Zeta Siera Kreasi is carried out by the leadership and for needs analysis, then the HR analysis is reported to the HR Director and the final stage of HR needs is decided by the Main Director.
