This research was conducted at the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City, it aims to determine the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City. For the population and sample the researcher took all Civil Servants at the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City, totaling 14 respondents. This study uses primary data taken by distributing questionnaires to all 14 respondents by means of interviews. While the analysis used is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the analysis that the researchers carried out, it can be seen that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City, is at a fairly good level, this is for all research variables, namely Job Knowledge, Work Quality, Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Position Promotion. Based on the established assessment criteria, it can be concluded that the Performance Analysis of the State Civil Apparatus at the Prabumulih Barat District Office, Prabumulih City, is quite good.
