The aims of this study was to determine, prove and analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and promotion on teacher performance at SIT Bina Ilmi Palembang. The current problem is the low quality of the performance of teachers in the SIT Bina Ilmi Palembang, this is allegedly caused by leadership style, motivation and promotion. This research uses quantitative methods, and research data is collected by distributing Likert-scale closed questionnaires to respondents. Respondents in this study were teachers in the Bina Ilmi Integrated Islamic School Palembang. Respondents' questionnaires are then processed and analyzed with multiple linear regression techniques using the SPSS application. The results showed that leadership, motivation, and promotion simultaneously had an influence on teacher performance at SIT Bina Ilmi Palembang.
